Autumn:? Assessment
From our initial meeting, we are surveying your technology environment:?? planning for your pruning, budding, harvest and enhanced growth.? Translation: Where are you now, where do you need to be currently, how to cut out the unnecessary technology expenditures and planning for your future technology environment. Once we have completed this assessment, we’ll be able to discuss how to use new or leverage existing technology to drive your bottom line.?

Having planned your technology environment, we start out pruning your existing technology expenditures and implementing the proper technologies.?

Application Development
Our Application Development Division constructs custom data collectors which will capture all performance metrics and deploy onto your server(s), if applicable.? We will capture 90 sequential days.? While collecting the data, we will analyze for anomalies and outliers, resolving the issue in real time so they will not significantly affect data.? Any data found and normalized will have an immediate effect on size and scalability, regardless Data Center location.? We also look at other critical functions such as if your applications are being monitored, current email solution, backup procedures and reliability of the backup and other redundancy issues/measures.

Spring:? Budding
After the planning and implementation, your technology environment is now being managed and the fruits of using the proper technologies are beginning to show.?
